Trap-Neuter-Return has been proven time and again as the MOST HUMANE way to treat feral cats and help stabilize feral cat colonies. HSNBA offers FREE sterilization, vaccination and ear tips for FERAL cats in our community to reduce the number of feral kittens being born into homelessness and improve the lives of the feral cats in the Greater New Braunfels Area.
